Transcript for Boy surprised with card collection after he loses his in house fire
[MUSIC PLAYING] - It was just flames bursting everywhere. They were passed down from generations-- from my grandpa's grandpa, and they're like mint condition. - I wanted to change things. I can't go back. I can't rebuild a house or stop fires, but I can make somebody smile. I started collecting when I was eight years old, so I get not just the value of cards, but what they mean. It's a collection. It's something that's really important. So when I hear somebody who loses their cards, I want to do all I can to help. - I wanted to say I'm very thankful that you went out of your way not only to think about me, but to give me the cards that had got lost in the fire at my house. And I'm really thankful that you did this for me. - Just remember this. When you're an adult and you have an opportunity to help somebody out or make somebody smile, just remember today.
